Position: CNC Router Machinist
Salary: £12-£14 (D.O.E)

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday: 07:00 am - 2:45 pm
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Router woodworking machinery.
- Select and prepare wood materials, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Inspect finished components for defects, accuracy, and quality, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wood Machinist with expertise in operating woodworking machinery.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment; experience with CNC routers, edgebanders, or beam saws is a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of wood materials and their properties.
- Ability to read and interpret woodworking plans and drawings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality woodwork.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Understanding of safety procedures and adherence to safety regulations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
