We're currently representing a market leading manufacturing company committed to excellence and innovation. Specialising in precision machining, they are currently seeking a skilled and driven CNC Operator to join the team. The position offers the opportunity to develop your career with constant improvement, as well as a great working conditions and offering a 4-day working week.

The role will involve:

· Reviewing parts, drawings, or instructions.

· Program complex parts both at the machine and on an offline CAD system.

· Operate a variety of 3-axis vertical milling machines.

· Collaborate with the team to address challenges and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

· Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator.

· Proficiency in programming complex parts using OneCNC or similar CAD systems.

· Ability to read and understand complex drawings with a keen eye for detail.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

· Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

· Hours:- 37.5 hours week - Monday to Thursday.

Monday - Wednesday 07:30 - 17:15 - 9.5 hr day with 15 mins for lunch

Thursday 07:30 - 16:45 - 9.0 hr day with 15 mins for lunch
