About the role
We feel this is a unique role; by being involved in the making of prototypes for design consultancies. Most jobs are different with the work being one-offs, or short production runs. Being more challenging with few repeat types of work, makes it interesting.
The work is fast paced, as required by our customers, so they can quickly assess their prototypes or new designs. We therefore require our CNC operators to be quick thinking, able to problem solve and have insight. Have an ability to work to short time scales and effectively self-time manage.
We value hard work, creativity, and attention to detail, in a relaxed, informal environment.
