- Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm

JOB SUMMARY
Alecto Recruitment are working with a longstanding client in the Crewe area who are looking for an experienced and skilled CNC Milling machinist. The client, a specialist within the Precision Engineering industry, supplying manufactured components to customers in the UK, Europe, United States and Middle East. A bespoke machining company with capabilities ranging from CNC machining, laser cutting, heat treatment, CADCAM programming and electroplating. The client has a new opportunity within the machining shop floor for a CNC Milling machinist. With skills and experience manufacturing bespoke components using all grades of metals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MUST be able to program, set and operate machining jobs.
- Offline and Online programming experience (desirable).
- Familiar with FANUC controls.
- 4 and 5 axis Milling skills.
- Working off your own initiative.
- To be proficient at reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Having worked in a bespoke machining environment.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Technically minded and has CNC machine tooling background.
- Has at least 5-10 years' experience with CNC Milling.
- Organised and can work efficiently.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- MUST be able to program CNC Milling machines.
