Adecco Engineering have permanent openings for CNC Operators with our client.

Location: Dumbarton

Type: Permanent

Shifts: Monday to Friday: Early Day and Back Shift

Our client's Machine Shop is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operators to join their team. If you have a passion for precision machining and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

* Operate CNC machining equipment, including setup and adjustment
* Programme, set, and operate machines, producing parts that meet documented specifications
* Read and interpret engineering documentation accurately
* Observe machine operations to ensure accuracy and detect malfunctions
* Use precision measuring instruments to control quality processes
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and operate safely in accordance with company policies
* Inspect cutting tools regularly for sharpness and usability
* Support team members and contribute to the wider business with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements:
* Recognised engineering apprenticeship or relevant technical qualification
* Operational knowledge of CNC machinery, particularly with Fanuc Controls
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
