£32,500 - £36,500 (OTE: £37,000 - £41,500) + Technical & Management Training + Career Progression + Premium-Overtime + Profit Share Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + No Weekends / Days-Based

Shift: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 12:30

This role would be suitable for anyone from a CNC Setting / Operating background that wants to progress into a Team Leader role, or a Production Team leader that wants to progress into senior Management.
The Role:
*Setting and operating Press Break CNC machinery, working with metallic material.
*Leading a small team of Machinist and ensuring production is running efficiently.
*Shift: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 12:30
*Factory-based, commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Worcester, Telford, Wolverhampton and nearby areas.
The Person:
*Any CNC Setting/Operating background that wants full training on Press Brake CNC Machinery
*Experienced working with any metals
*Motivated and wants to progress into Supervisory / Management
