Cnc Programmer/miller

We are currently recruiting a CNC Programmer/Miller for our Advanced Automotive client based in Berkshire.You’ll be responsible for setting, operating and running Milling centres to produce transmission components to the company quality standards. You will be carrying out programming and editing functions to produce high quality components to drawing specifications.Extensive experience within a Motorsport/Automotive/Aerospace environment is highly advantageous due to comparable quality and delivery requirements in those industries.The successful candidate will have proven experience in setting, programming, editing and operating vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines, along with practical tool making experience. We also need you to be able to understand comprehensive engineering drawings and instructions.Working knowledge of Fanuc controls plus ideally appropriate CAD/CAM systems, such as EdgeCAM or Siemens NX
