National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager required for our client, a world-leading manufacturer of pumping solutions for the building services and water management industries, based in the Midlands. Due to internal progression, our client is looking to bring an experienced National Sales Manager based in between Manchester and Scotland for their Water Management division.

The successful National Sales Manager role will be responsible for the ongoing management of our clients existing and prospective new accounts with large key-distributors and end-user clients across the UK. A large aspect of this role will be the development of our clients already significant industrial pumps sector.

Our client has been operating within the water industry for over 100 years and conduct business across the globe, with their UK base being in the Midlands. They offer a full 360 package from the consultancy, design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of a wide range of pumps for a variety of industries including Heating, Cooling, Water Management, and Flood Control.

The National Sales Manager role will involve significant nationwide travel in order to be the go-to point of contact for our client's prestigious key accounts, and any experience within a similar role selling into the offshore industry will be highly desirable. Our client requires an experienced sales professional with a proven experience of managing accounts and selling into the water and wastewater pumps industry.

National Sales Manager Position Requirements

• Demonstrable senior engineering sales background, with evidence of success and achievements
• Strong understanding of the industrial pumping industry
• Able to work fully remote and completely autonomously
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident in developing a strong understanding of trends within the pumps industry and how that can be related to the wider businesses strengths and challenges

National Sales Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary £55,000 - £60,000, depending on experience
• Significant bonus available (OTE of between £65,000 - £80,000)
