CNC Setter/Operator

Salary-up to £32k
Monday-Friday days-Early finish Friday.

Join a global leading company that designs and manufactures technology for industrial applications. This company is renowned for its high quality and precision of products. You will be joining a medium-sized team that is undergoing expansion.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Refer to drawings, tool list and set up sheets to obtain tooling and measuring equipment once job is completed.
• Set the CNC machine tools to program setting sheet.
• Operation of CNC controls.
• Carry out quality checks.
• Produce component parts to company standards
• Once products are machined, be part of the assembly process.

This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required

• Ability to work to engineering drawings.
• Previous experience of setting and operating CNC turning machines.
• Understanding of tolerancing.
• Competency in using different engineering tools.
• Able to work to schedules and deadlines.
