We at Syntech Recruitment are pleased to offer an opportunity for a CNC Turner to join a highly regarded engineering business based in Liverpool.
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for working to precision drawings to create programs, selecting tooling, proving and finish machining components of various metallic materials.
CNC Turner Duties:
- Operating, setting, programming CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Working to technical engineering drawings
- Machining generic and exotic metallic materials to high tolerances
- Use of measurement / inspection equipment (vernier callipers, micrometers, various gauges)
CNC Turner Profile:
- Proficient in using Fanuc controls to operate/set/program CNC lathes
- Must be time served (NVQ 3 or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience working to technical engineering drawings
- Understanding of ISO9001:2015 Quality Systems
- Previous experience with machining of exotic metals

Subcontract Engineering Company who were originally established to support the local automotive, dock and shipping companies. They manufacture precision valve and pump components for the Oil, Gas, Fluid & Power Generation sectors.
