Your new company
Known for their state-of-the-art workshop and resulting products, your new company paves the way in their industry of machining, coating, and carbon-based grinding. They are continuously expanding due to their past and most recent success and are looking to build on their team with a Time Served CNC Turner.
Your new role
Your new role will primarily involve the programming, setting, and operating of CNC Turning using FANUC programming. You will be machining various materials, including exotics, to then self-inspect your work with a variety of measuring equipment.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to Time Served with the following abilities:
* Be able to read and understand engineering drawings and establish tooling requirements
* Be able to read, understand and write CNC programs in FANUC (Essential)
* Be able to generate programs offline using CAPT Cad Cam system or One CNC
* Be able to use and read a range of measuring equipment
* Experience of cutting exotic materials (super duplex, duplex, 718, x750, Hastelloy, Monel etc).
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive a healthy salary of £37.5k (DOE), a competitive pension scheme, free parking, and overtime rates at x1.5/hr.
