Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Produce high-quality components from a range of materials, including exotic metals like Inconel.
- Handle small-batch production with a focus on precision.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in training to advance to the level of CNC Programmer.
Requirements:
- Experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator with knowledge of Fanuc or Haas controls.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to train and progress to CNC Programmer level.
