Our client is looking for an experienced leader with a knack for teamwork and machinery operation? We're on the lookout for a skilled Co-Packing Team Leader to join our team in Wellingborough. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and operate various Co-Packing machines to ensure daily production targets are met effectively.

Responsibilities:
Lead the Co-Packing team to meet daily production targets as per specifications.
Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient packing rates.
Enforce adherence to company procedures and systems.
Ensure accurate completion of Quality Process documents.
Maintain a hygienic working environment in compliance with standards.
Follow procedures to meet BRCGS standards.
Assist in the daily maintenance, cleaning, and care of machinery and equipment.
Foster communication with all team members.
Uphold consistent cleanliness in the work environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong team-working ethic with leadership experience.
Proficiency in operating Co-Packing machinery.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
