Hours - Monday to Friday 0830-1730
Salary - Competitive DOE
Our established Wellingborough based client is recruiting a Team Leader on a permanent basis.   The role will entail managing a Co-Packing Team as well as operating a variety of machinery to achieve set daily production targets.
The company pack a variety of products in custom built Co-packing rooms, working within a fast-paced environment with high standards.
Responsibilities

• To ensure daily production targets are met to the agreed specification.
• Work within a team to achieve packing rates.
• To ensure that your team follow company systems and procedures.
• To ensure the completion of Quality Process documents are completed.
• Ensure the working environment is maintained to a hygienic level.
• Comply to procedures to meet BRCGS standards.
• Assist with the Daily maintenance /cleaning and care of the machine and equipment.
• Communicate with all members of the business.
• Maintain a cleaning working environment.

• Diligent and attentive to detail
