Our client is a large not-for-profit organisation and as a result of increasing work load, they have approached Hays to be their exclusive recruitment partner for this position.
Your new role
This is a part-time Business Support Officer temp job for a 12-week assignment. It is highly likely to be extended beyond the 12 weeks, and it will be to work Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and all day Friday, with only one of those days to be working from the Peterborough offices and the other 2 from home.
The work includes arranging and taking notes at meetings, attending face to face meetings (occasionally), uploading documents, generating standard letters, recording agreed actions on the log, booking external interpreters, taking phone calls (helping, taking messages and redirecting where necessary), filing documents (Physical/E-copies), scanning/ printing, dealing with post and general admin.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking to hire an experienced administrator with good Outlook, Word and Excel skills. You'll be professional, friendly and a great team player.
