Cocktail Bar Supervisor

Requirements of the role:
1. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
2. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals.
3. Collect payments from customers.
4. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items
5. To be aware of guest allergies
6. Describe and recommend wines to customers.
7. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters.
8. Perform food preparation duties.
9. Prepare tables for meals.
10. Assist host or hostess by answering phones to take reservations.
11. Perform cleaning duties.
12. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments, etc.
General Duties:
* Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and Health & Safety.
* To be constantly vigilant of security risks
* Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
* Helping in any area of the bar/restaurant when circumstances dictate.
* Attend meetings as required.
