Integrated Solutions are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join a brand new team at a recently renovated hotel. An exciting and lively work environment with amazing benefits located in Suffolk.
PAY: £11.00 per hour
* Full time
* 10-hour shift
* Overtime available
* Flexible availability required
Bar Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and beverage services, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
* Work with a team of bartenders and bar staff, ensuring that there is a high-quality service provided.
* Maintain stock levels and ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order.
* Manage cash handling and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
* Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, encouraging repeat business and positive reviews.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food and beverage service is seamless.
Bar Supervisor Requirements:
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
