The role:
The position of Trainee Coffee Technician is a field based, customer facing role and covers the Bristol region. You will join a team of experienced technical professionals, providing support to the Technical Manager and Lead Technician as well as technical solutions on a scheduled and adhoc basis to customers. You may also be required to work on an 'on call’ rota for out of hours. Full and on-going training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career within the ever - evolving coffee industry.
Specific duties will include;
- Carrying out machinery service, repairs and installations as required
- Setting up machinery and dialling in espresso machines using company coffee products
- Ensure the customer is always happy and satisfied with the work carried out and service provided
- Personally manage tools and condensed stock or relevant spare parts etc.
- Maintain a company vehicle
The person:
In order to be considered for the position of Trainee Coffee Technician, you must possess the following:
- A good base level understanding of electrical and/or plumbing relevant to the role
- Be willing to learn and keen to progress a career in coffee
- Possess good problem solving skills with the ability to locate and fix unseen issues
- Good computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Based in or close to Bristol
- A full UK driving license
