Coffee Shop Supervisor
Part Time, Permanent, 30 hours per week
£11.20 per hour: plus

In this exciting and varied new role you will not only take responsibility for the day to day running of the Coffee Shop but will also be proactive in maintaining the Superstores Community space – to raise awareness for CRUK and bring in extra income for the store.
Utilising all financial reports available to make commercial decisions
Manage and maintain accurate Coffee Shop stock
Ensure all products show the correct use by/sell by dates and legally required ingredients labelling
Control cleaning and hygiene process and maintain required documentation
Recruit, develop and retain both paid staff and volunteers for the Coffee Shop, ensuring it is always well staffed
Experience of managing a diverse team of people
Level 2 Food hygiene certified with sound knowledge of allergens
Creative thinker with the desire to look for new opportunities
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to use own initiative.
