As a Colleague Change Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation of change initiatives that shape our colleague experience. By building communities, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across BT Group, which is essential for sustaining long-term change. Sitting within Colleague Experience & Delivery, you will work on projects that impact all colleagues globally.
What you’ll be doing
•Execute a variety of activities in delivering multiple People Change workstreams embedded within programmes and projects.
•Implement change initiatives such as training, communication, and change enablement.
•Own and maintain the integrity of change templates and collateral. Ensure the quality of HR change initiatives and materials, establishing and overseeing a robust mechanism for quality control.
•Work collaboratively with CoE and CFU teams to develop a change community within HR.
•Run the HRBP community, ensuring it operates as a central hub for sharing best practices, learning, and support among HR professionals across BT Group.
•As a champion of change, foster knowledge sharing and continuously develop and share emerging trends and changes in Change & Transformation, with an emphasis on people change.
•Support user adoption of our HR systems by implementing change interventions as required.
•Analyse complex data, interpret and recognize trends and patterns, comprehend complex information, and identify additional data sources or best practices to help devise people-centric solutions.
Skills and experience
•Proven experience in change management roles, preferably within an HR function.
•Experience in delivering change initiatives such as training, communication, and change enablement.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience in leading change initiatives and community forums.
•Preferable: Understanding of HR processes and policies.
•Preferable: Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
•Preferable: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
