If you are interested in using or enhancing your mechanical Design and Development skills and enjoy working alongside a team of experienced and developing professionals, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Development Specialist.
What does the role involve?
- To support the Test and Development Team in the design of tooling, jigs, fixtures, products, and processes to drive growth.
- Provide technical design support for new business project areas.
- Develop new products, tooling, and processes to support the Product Road Map.
- Support the transfer of mechanical design and application knowledge to the Capture Team.
- Support Sales Managers with technical expertise.
- Support the development of others in the area of process technology, tooling design and other areas as required.
- Develop commercial awareness through departmental and customer interaction.
