Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Engaging with customers to settle outstanding debts
- Formulating payment arrangements through negotiation.
The ideal applicant would posses:
- Exceptional communication
- Negotiation proficiency
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Great telephone manner
- Experience in debt collection
