Position Overview: As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with overdue accounts, providing support, and finding suitable repayment solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements tailored to customers' financial situations.
