Anderson Knight is looking to recruit Collection Executives to join an award winning financial services company based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. This is a permanent and full time opportunity which will give you an opportunity to enjoy a long and successful career.
YOUR role as a Collection Executive will see you support customers who are in arears and support them to a resolution and set up an affordable but effective plan of action.
Duties:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers as first point of contact for customers
- Manage cases, take ownership to resolution
- Adhere to compliance and industry regulations
- Undertake letter, email and text correspondence with customers ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Accurately complete income and expenditure assessments where appropriate and make decisions to ensure customer affordability on all repayment solutions
- Negotiate with the customer to secure a resolution
- Display empathy and excellent customer service always
- Update in-house system with clear and concise notes on each call
- Maintain accounts to ensure plans are being followed as agreed
Experience:
- Previous experience in collections environment
- IT competent
- Able to demonstrate working knowledge of TCF principles/or have worked in a regulated environment
