Collections Associate

Our client has an immediate requirement for a remote working Collections Executive to join their busy finance team on a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will provide a professional and effective service, supporting business clients throughout the overdue stage of the invoicing process.This FULLY REMOTE position offers great business to business exposure within a global leader of real estate services and software solutions. This is a great opportunity for strong communicators looking for a professional platform to develop their career!Key Responsibilities Recover outstanding debt and monitor age debt, in adherence with approved processes, procedures and quality guidelines. Resolve client queries at the first point of contact to minimise the number of "disputed" agreements. Communicate with both business clients and internal departments to ensure smooth recovery of outstanding monies. Escalate complaints to managers to ensure compliance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) guidelines. Take responsibility for ledger work as and when required. Manage your own commercial portfolioPosition Requirements 18 months+ experience in a telephone based role (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to overcome objections. Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels. Strong attention to detail. Ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Target driven.What's in it for you?
