If you have the experience below and would like to discuss further please get in touch with your CV.Collections Manager – Responsibilities:* Support, coach and develop a credit control team to meet/exceed their targets.* Handle escalated cases and complex queries from B2B customers.* Manage overall team resource and allocation of tasks.* Complete 1to1s and performance management with the team.Collections Manager – Key skills required:* 2+ years’ experience in a team leader/management position within a credit control/collections environment.* Ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team.* Background in utilities or B2B collections would be advantageous.Location: Watford (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (plus bonus)If you have a background in either B2B or B2C credit control or collections in a leadership capacity, please get in touch with Lily at Consult Energy to discuss this opportunity in more detail.Collections Manager
