Are you a collections agent looking for something different and new. I am recruiting for a collections agent with a flare for managing business relationships for a business-to-business collections role in our Glasgow office.

* Proactively research and identify solutions tailored to each customer's unique situation.

What We Are Looking For…
* Minimum 3 years of experience in debt recovery, preferably within the utilities sector.
* A proven track record of successfully recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
* Excellent listening and negotiation skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts.
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
* A strong understanding of fair debt collection practices and regulations.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
