Salary: Starting at £35,000 and open to negotiation + Competitive Package

The Company:

We are working with an incredibly ambitious and established insurance broker who are looking to expand their Account Executive team with an exciting proposition.

This client is looking to grow in the future, and is looking for ambitious Insurance brokers who are looking to take on an existing book of business, as well as grow and service these already secured clients.

The Role:

Join a dynamic team as you collaborate closely with seasoned Commercial insurance professionals, Account Executives, and account handlers. As part of your responsibilities, you'll engage with existing clients, taking over a book of business and proactively identifying opportunities to expand their coverage with additional commercial lines. Your goal is to consolidate the clients' insurance needs under one comprehensive roof.

The ideal candidate may leverage pre-existing relationships and consider reaching out to them to bolster their new business endeavors.

This role entails a mix of client visits, virtual meetings, and communication via phone and email. Through effective cross-selling strategies in the general commercial arena, you'll contribute to the growth of a substantial book of business. This client is quite happy to consider Account Handlers who believe they are ready to make the step into an Account Executive position.

The Required Skills:

A strong preference is for candidates with a robust background in commercial cross-class operations, particularly in client management and sales.

Effective communication skills are essential, as you should adeptly handle clients and engage with internal and external stakeholders across various levels.

Proficiency in negotiation and time management is crucial for success in this role.

While possessing CII exams is advantageous, candidates without them will receive full support to pursue and successfully complete the necessary studies and exams.
