Commercial Pricing Executive

Supporting the Posthub Directors with mailing costings and customer pricing tasks and processes involves the below responsibilities.

• Calculate costings for mailings using mailsort & data outputs, provide details to customers to obtain Purchase Orders where applicable
• Manage interactions with customers bespoke PO & Invoicing systems
• Manage the Posthub Invoicing log to ensure all revenues are captured & provide weekly to Finance to raise
• Work with Whistl Finance to create weekly surcharges & manage bespoke arrangements
• Support Sales & Commercial Director with pricing quotes for prospects & onboarding of new customers
• Work with the Posthub Directors to roll out pricing updates to existing customers
• Support Posthub Directors on any projects & developments
• Handle data according to the Data Protection Act

Key Requirements

• Excellent numerical skills preferably with experience of working with costs & pricing
• Advanced knowledge & experience of Office especially Excel - with the ability to work on, maintain & develop spreadsheets.
• Excellent and confident communicator both verbally and in writing; able to communicate complex information effectively.
• Ideally a knowledge & experience of working in the DSA postal market
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Able to manage time effectively in order to achieve daily and weekly tasks
• Ability to retain key information and good recall of details specific to customers & mailing houses and their requirements
• Able to produce consistently accurate work with meticulous attention to detail even when working under pressure. A "right first time" mentality
