Commercial Account Handler Salary: £35k - £40k Company benefit package Location: Brighton (hybrid working available) Hours: Mon-Fri 9am -5pm Do you want to work for a dynamic and well-established brokerage that offers a friendly and proactive working environment, fully funded CII qualification and the opportunity to develop your career? If so, I have a great opportunity working within my clients commercial insurance account management department based in Brighton. You will already have a background in commercial insurance, dealing with new business, and account managing an existing portfolio of clients for their insurance needs. Responsibilities: Dealing with the day-to-day management relating to your customer portfolio. Assisting with broker and relationship issues relating to current accounts Management of renewals and retaining business Dealing with mid-term adjustments. Quoting and managing new business opportunities. Assisting with claims ensuring the client receives regular updates. Brokering of risks relating to prospective new clients as required. Attending client meetings and conferences as required. Ensuring the companys TCF philosophy is practiced with all clients. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: Excellent communication and organisation skills. Proven background within commercial insurance broking. Ability to build strong business relationships. Strong negotiation skills. Ideally CII qualified or willing to take the CII qualifications (fully funded by the organisation).
