Our client, a well-known independent estate agency based in Fulham, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.
Our client has earned its reputation as West London's leading lettings-only agency and are known for excellence in residential Lettings. Our client prides themselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and work closely with a mix of clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers and agreements between Landlords and Tenants.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on the local property market.
* Assisting clients in making informed decisions about their property.
* Managing the Lettings process from initial inquiry to moving in.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the Central/East area is a plus.
* A can-do and team player attitude.
* Willingness to learn and get stuck in.
* Full-drivers licence is necessary.
Benefits:
* £25,000 basic
* OTE £45,000
