Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Pinner. The company are an award winning, well-known brand, offering an unrivalled service in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Land and New Homes. Their main focus of this very well-respected Estate Agent is the excellent customer service they pride themselves on offering their clients.
The successful candidate must have previous experience within Lettings, and have a driving licence with your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator include:

• £22,000 - £23,000 Basic
• £35,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with every other Saturday 9am - 4pm
• Parking at the office
• Training and development

Skills required for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator will include:

• Must have previous experience within Lettings
• Strong negotiating skills
• A track record in letting property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Need to be able to quickly build good relationships
• A consistent sales record demonstrating that you are capable of building and sustaining a sales pipeline over time
• A shared focus on delivering a high-quality customer service with an ethical approach to business
• Team player
• Well-presented and articulate
• Ambitious and target driven
• Must hold full UK driving licence and be a car owner

The role of the Senior Lettings Negotiator will entail:

• Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
• Good working knowledge of inventory
• Speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads
• Provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
• You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
• Making large volumes of calls to potential tenants
