Senior Sales Negotiator Estate Agent.

Our client is a very successful l family run estate agency in North London with an excellent record for outstanding customer service.

They are now looking for a motivated, experienced senior Sales Negotiator with sound property knowledge to join their friendly expanding team.

The successful candidate must be able to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities include, valuations, registering new prospective buyers, booking and conducting viewing appointments, listing properties, lead generating for new business and conducting yourself in line with the company ethos in delivering a first-class customer service.

Requirements A minimum of 2 years Sales Negotiator experience

Experience as a lettings negotiator an advantage, Strong communication skills, Proven track record in winning new business preferred, Must have a Can Do attitude, To be able to work as part of a team.

A full clean UK drivers license - Option for company pool car.
