SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Harrow, HA2

Salary: OTE £75k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a highly successful, independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices in Harrow are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister.

You will need to be experienced in residential sales; you will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and have the ability to generate and win business while consistently providing exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to win new listings for the right price and at the right fee and mentor and motivate more junior staff.

You will be capable of dealing with properties across a broad spectrum of values and have a genuine passion for customer service!

Previous and recent experience is essential and if you know the local area it would be beneficial.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Property Sales / Estate Agency
• Valuation & listing experience
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Harrow area helpful
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full UK Driving License essential
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
