The agency is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join their branch based in Ashford Surrey, this is a rare opportunity to join an established and motivated, long-standing team, if you have a passion for the property market and you have previous experience within this role, please send your CV for consideration

The role will involve:
- Qualifying potential buyers
- Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Viewing properties & negotiating offers
- Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
- A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
- Successful hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Well-presented and excellent communicators
- Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong management skills
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have a competitive desire to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Industry experience
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to negotiate
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
