Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
Proactively identify new and existing opportunities to drive residential sales business.
Handle enquiries effectively, converting them into viewings or valuations.
Conducting thorough property valuations using in-depth market research.
Successfully use negotiation techniques to secure favourable terms for clients while maintaining a fair and balanced approach.
Follow up on previous viewings & valuations for further feedback and decisions.
Actively refer business opportunities across teams, departments, and services to maximise residential sales potential.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors and buyers.
Make outbound calls to generate viewings and valuations for properties.
Ensure that all activities related to residential sales are in compliance with national laws, regulations, and operating policies.
Requirements
2 or more years experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer/Lister.
Experience preparing for, and conducting, property valuations.
Experience negotiating sale fees & offers with vendors/buyers.
Proactive approach with a can-do and target-driven attitude to get results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Smart, professional, and personable demeanour.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Determination to generate new business and maximise opportunities.
Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Flexible and adaptable approach to sales.
Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Full, clean UK Driving License.
Full Rights to Work in the UK.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
8:45am - 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays - 9:30am - 4:30pm
