Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and appraisals, providing accurate and informed advice to clients.
- Manage property listings and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to interested parties.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their property transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in the property industry, preferably with valuation experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
