Based in Haywards Heath you will take a lead role in the success of the office, supporting the Manager where necessary.
As a market leader, the successful candidate will have a track record working in a similar market and demonstrate exceptional customer service and above all be a team player.
Main responsibilities of this role…
- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone.
- Valuing properties
- Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available.
- Matching customer needs for sale properties.
- Advertising properties online
- Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- Canvassing/marketing
- Carry out viewings.
You will be working for a fast paced, professional, friendly and family environment with the chance to grow with the business. They are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £35k - £45K DOE
