Commercial Manager / Project Accountant | 55k to 60k & Company car allowance.
At Axon Moore, we have a great opportunity in a key role where you'll be instrumental in the development, implementation, and management of all commercial activities within your assigned business unit in Wrexham – (hybrid working available)
You will get the chance to take charge of implementing the group's commercial strategy, ensuring seamless tracking of contract performance and adherence to procurement processes.
Providing essential commercial support to the Managing Director, contributing to profitable outcomes while upholding our core values of Safety, Service & Specialist expertise.

This position is based in Wrexham, and it offers hybrid working, please note responsibilities extend to their operational sites across the UK. Consequently, regular travel and on-site visits will be integral to the once-a-month to. Lancashire
Responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation: Execute the group's commercial strategy for unit growth and profitability.
Financial Oversight: Track contract performance, conduct reviews and support financial accounts.
Procurement Management: Manage procurement strategy and processes for optimal value.
Commercial Support: Provide vital support to the Managing Director for effective decision-making
Team Leadership: Manage and support direct reports for growth.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify growth leads.
Tender Generation: Support the unit in generating tenders.
Risk Management: Mitigate risks through accurate billing and payment collection.
Financial Reporting: Use MIS for accurate financial reporting and contract KPIs.
Contract Management: Oversee client payment applications and final accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualification with CIMA or ACCA
