I am exclusively recruiting for one of my prestigious clients located in Westbrook, Warrington. Due to continued success a new commercial administration post has been created.
The Commercial Administrator is a full-time temporary to permanent position, the successful candidate will support the helpdesk department by taking ownership of all administration related duties relating to all the helpdesk jobs.
My client works a 37-hour week Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:00. The rate of pay will be £23,500 per annum. There is also free car parking available.
Duties
- Logging of all helpdesk calls within my client’s CRM system.
- Monitoring of all open calls within my client’s CRM system whilst actioning administrative tasks to close the open calls such as obtaining PO numbers, processing orders for parts required and chasing part orders from suppliers.
- Procuring parts
- Issuing quotations
- Running reports for 3rd party accreditations
Person Specification
- Previous experience in an administration role supporting internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Prioritise work and have strong organisational skills.
