Just Recruitment is working with a growing business, in Sudbury. They are looking for a Commercial Administrator, to join their long-standing team.
The key purpose of this role is to support the commercial business department, with all office based duties.
Key duties include:
Administrative assistance including answering the telephone, responding to emails, filing and scanning.
Procuring equipment, obtaining quotes and locating product specification information as required.
Financial assistance including creating purchase orders, performing goods receipts, processing invoices, raising invoices, chasing overdue payments and providing a weekly departmental finance report.
Updating contact & company information in database.
Managing imports and exports.
Packing and dispatching customer orders.
Managing stock rotation, and booking in and out of stock.
Keeping an updated departmental calendar.
Keeping contracts spreadsheet updated.
Supporting other departments as required.
Previous use or experience of Sage software or similar accounting packages would be ideal.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, working Mon-Fri - 9am to 5:30pm
