AddressWysePower, a member of RSK Group Ltd, is currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our dedicated Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Wolverhampton office.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling, control and billing of work record sheets
- Supporting the Quantity Surveyors in dealing with customer queries and cash collection
- Preparing applications for payment and submission (with supporting documents) to the client as per contract timetable
- Client liaison
- Assisting with the production of mid and end-of-month reports
- Document control
Person Specification
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels professionally and a customer-focused approach to all tasks undertaken
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure delivery is achieved within timescales set
- Computer literate and able to learn new software packages quickly
- Plenty of initiative with strong attention to detail
- Have an open-minded and innovative approach to problem-solving and be able to comfortably fit into a teamwork environment
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
