Our client, a fun, family-run company, have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic Commercial Analyst to join their friendly team.
As a Commercial Analyst, you will be working closely with the Head of Department, analysing, and interpreting ecommerce data to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for data insights and a real drive to succeed within a thriving and inclusive team.
A day in the life of a Commercial Analyst will include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather and analyse data.
- Using Microsoft Excel, tools, and analytics platforms to develop and maintain reporting and dashboards.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Providing actionable insights to effectively increase product sales, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to drive business growth.
- Preparing statistics for regular performance reviews and presentations for the leadership team.
The successful Commercial Analyst will have/be:
- Educated to a relevant degree level or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills & analytically minded.
- Proficient in data visualisation tools and analytics platforms – including GA4
- Methodical with a strong eye for detail
