We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Commercial Analyst within our Pension and Savings Division.

The role
You will be working in the Workplace Pension team but will gain exposure to projects in the Investment and Retail teams. To begin with, your focus will be learning how to price workplace pension schemes. This will involve getting to grips with the data we use and learning how to use our pricing models.
Once established, you will also work on projects across the three commercial teams, these projects are essential to improving and growing our business can involve looking to improve processes, review existing propositions or launching new products.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent analytical skills with a background in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths, you must be comfortable analysing data, especially within Excel
- Have a willingness to learn, no experience in pricing or pensions and savings is required and this is an excellent opportunity to learn within a highly skilled team
- Strong collaborative style, you will be collaborating with subject matter experts within the team and around the rest of the business
- Ability to challenge and question the status quo in an effective manner, suggesting continual improvements and developments.
