Job Description
- Supporting the legal team in the preparation and execution of property transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents under the supervision of senior staff.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, concise summaries.
- Assisting in the resolution of property legal issues.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in property law.
- Managing legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
- Contributing to the development of departmental best practices and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paralegal should have:
- A qualification in Law, preferably with a focus on Property Law.
- Strong legal research skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
