Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Commercial and Contract Support based in Southampton for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of theCommercial and Contract Supportrole

Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 per annum
Location: Southampton
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37 hour, Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pn, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

The role

As the Commercial and Contract Support your role will involve the following important duties:

• Generate proposals and tender responses and processing of sales concessions.
• Draft and customise contracts.
• Making contract changes during the negotiation process.
• Contract amendments, side letters and reports.
• Coordinate the approval processes for proposals and Contracts using SAP and SharePoint.

The experience required

As a successful Commercial and Contract Support you will have the following:

• Degree qualification within a related field.
• Experience generating commercial proposals and drafting contracts.
• Comfortable liaising with senior managers.
• Excellent business writing skills.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP.
• High attention to detail.
