SalaryLAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a large UK public sector organisation which has grown rapidly over the last 12 months. Its purpose is to provide procurement and logistics services to many other organisations across England and Wales in order to help them reduce costs.
They are seeking a UK-qualified Commercial and IT lawyer to join them on a permanent basis. You will help shape the long-term commercial strategies of the legal services team, which will include working on the implementation of a new IT system. Experience of advising on IT contracts as well as various other commercial contracts is essential. An awareness of procurement in a healthcare setting would be desirable.
The role will be hybrid, with 1 or 2 days per week expected in the office. They have various office locations which you can work out of including London, Nottingham, Leeds, and Sheffield. Their Head Office is in Nottingham, and IT is essential that you would be able to travel to Nottingham a few times per year for meetings.
The salary starts at £76,286 per annum and will rise via spine points, dependent on yearly and half-yearly performance reviews, to a maximum of £89,748 per annum.
