Our client are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join their team for a leading Facilities Management company based in Benson.
The role will be assisting the commercial and operational team to comply with all Commercial and administration processes and procedures whilst ensuring a successful project outcome.
Responsibilities
Commercial:
- Maintaining and updating commercial trackers
- General support as required for commercial and operational teams
- Ordering materials for site
- Purchase card administration
- Entering costs in to CAFM (database) system
- Preparing quotes for client and updating registers
- Reporting when work is completed and supporting the commercial team create application for payment
- Validation and payment of sub-contractor invoices
- Monitoring generic email inbox and assigning email to relevant owners
- Auditing
Administration:
- Ordering and maintenance of consumable stock levels
- Process holiday, expenses and overtime claims as required
- Review Maximo reports and chase outstanding jobs as required
- Collating engineers reports and timesheets to assist service deliver
What we are looking for:
- Experience of COINS (desirable)
- Previous experience of buying/purchasing/invoicing
- Strong Administration skills
- Commercial Assistant (1-year minimum experience)
- Facilities Management Experience
