SalaryI am currently looking for an Interim Commercial Building Surveyor for my client based in the Midlands to join their team on interim basis for an initial 6 month contract.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working on stock condition and property sustainability reports and surveys.
- Experience working on industrial estates and commercial properties.
- Previous experience working with Local Authorities.
- Decarbonisation knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential.
Job Details:
- Rate: Negotiable DOE.
- Working Pattern: Flexible, Hybrid.
- Contract Length: 6 months, with high possibility of extension.
- Potential of working outside IR35.
