Main Responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound customer calls with care and understanding, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensuring seamless operations by handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to build strong relationships with our diverse clientele.
• Efficiently processing correspondence and managing work flow activities.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, including retail, hospitality, or any commercial sector, will be advantageous.
• A warm and engaging communication style to connect effectively with customers.
• Strong relationship-building skills to create positive connections with customers.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent listening skills to identify and meet our clients' needs.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to handling challenges.
